Position Description
We seek a dynamic individual looking to broaden their business-to-business sales experience and gain valuable market knowledge as a Territory Representative on the Retail 2-Step Team.
In this newly created role, you will be the front-line representative for Milwaukee Tools dealing with business owners and key decision-makers daily. You will manage Direct Sales growth along with Warehouse Transfer growth within your territory through National Account Strategies, marketing new products, managing promotional communication, building comprehensive sell-through strategies, and engaging with Milwaukee’s end users alongside your teammates and peers.
Your territory results will directly impact the top-line sales and profitability of Milwaukee Tools Canada and are critical to the success of the Retail 2-Step Sales organization.
A successful candidate will have intellectual curiosity, impeccable communication skills, a high level of organization, enthusiasm, a team player, and a drive to win.

You must have excellent verbal and written communication, strong presentation skills, and take the initiative to consistently improve personally and corporately.
What You Will Do
Drive GLR sales within an assigned territory of key dealers
Ensure 100% dealer engagement and dealer adoption of the Milwaukee Brand
Grow the breadth of the line through placement programs, category expansion, competitive conversions, and sell-through initiatives
Provide an accurate monthly/quarterly territory forecast which delivers and exceeds your territory’s assigned budgets
Help train distribution and demonstrate products throughout the year
Help with service solutions for the assigned brands
Manage expenses by ensuring that you follow the Travel & Expense policy and do not exceed your annual budget.
What You Will Bring
Completed a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum one-year sales experience with ideally two to three years of experience
Built a skill set with Microsoft Office applications
Shown practical business communication skills, have a broad business perspective, and understand the power tool market
Requires a valid driver’s license and passport
