Aston Carter Logistics Administrator in Moncks Corner, South Carolina

Job Description:

• Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders.

• Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.

• Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, supplier payments, etc.

• Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.

• Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.

• Updating information in MRP and ERP systems.

• Liaising with customers, suppliers, and distributors.

• Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.

• Preparing cost estimates and the person be remote until company opens up Summerville location (between July-Nov 2023).

Qualifications:

-Must have Microsoft Excel experience - pivot tables and v look ups

-Proficiency in material management systems and/or ERP systems. (SAP is a plus)

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-High school diploma required.

-Must have 5+ years of strong administrative experince

-Logistics industry experince is a plus

-Strong organizational and time management skills

-Good communication skills, both verbal and written
