Job Summary
The I&E Foreman is responsible for ensuring high quality design, implementation, installation, maintenance, programming, calibration, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and management of automation and electrical equipment for the field Electrical, Automation, and SCADA systems. The Foreman is also responsible for providing vision, leadership, and guidance for a team of I&E Technicians supporting production operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversees I&E team members responsible for designing, installation, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automation, instrumentation, and electrical equipment for the SCADA team.
Coordinate with other production personnel on the design, bidding, and management of electrical and automation projects.
Responsible for procurement of SCADA and automation equipment as well as reviewing and approving invoices for SCADA and automation equipment and service.
Coordinate and direct I&E team on activities and projects.
Assists in the training, development and performance management of team members ensuring that company processes and standards are being followed.
Ensures the reliability, integrity, and usability of electrical, automation, and communications equipment and maintain accurate records
Ensures preventative maintenance is being scheduled, completed, and tracked on a routine basis.
Identify areas for improvement and work with I&E team to find and implement solutions.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma (or GED).
Valid Driver's license with acceptable MVR.
Experience with field operations of electrical and automation systems.
Minimum of five (5) years related oil and gas or electrical experience.
Ability to pass a respiratory fit test, if applicable to route/location.
An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous leadership experience.
Minimum of seven (7) years of oil and gas experience.
Previous instrumentation and control experience.
Electrical Journeyman or Master’s license.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stoop, stand, walk, pull, carry instruments, and climb stairs and ladders for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
Ability to work overhead for extended periods of time
Ability to perform fine manipulations with hands and fingers
Capable of driving distances of 150 miles or more per day during all types of weather conditions
Ability to one arm carry up to 25lbs. without assistance
Regular bending, crouching, pulling and kneeling to check equipment and gauges.
Must be able to exert up to 50lbs. of force occasionally and up to 20lbs. frequently to move or manipulate objects.
Ability to work significant amounts of time as required in completing job responsibilities.
Working environment includes exposure to extremely loud noises in field, hazardous chemicals, and hydrocarbons that may be under extreme pressure for which appropriate safety measures are required.
