We are currently seeking the following position, based at our location in Monaca, USA:

Procurement Manager

Responsible for the development, deployment and ongoing management of a goods and services purchasing strategy that ensures optimal supplier performance, mitigates supply chain risk and delivers cost advantage.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic purchasing plan, policies, processes and procedures
• Oversee all supplier sourcing, contract negotiations, vendor relations, and product and service assessments
• Supply of goods and services under economic conditions and the lowest risk
• Regular negotiations with suppliers and thereby attainment of the best possible purchase conditions as well as securing and compliance with the requested quality demands and delivery dates
• Build and maintain network with suppliers
• Continuous control of the supply market concerning economic and political developments
• Realization of purchase formalities from the order to the delivery, including adherence to respective authorization limits
• Optimize and improve processes, identify process gaps and recommend effective solutions

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Management or related field
• 5+ years of Procurement experience
• Proven track record in vendor management and negotiation
• Business acumen including financial management, forecasting and analytics
• Hands on experience in negotiating
• Quality and performance-driven mindset
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Prior experience leading a team
• An owner mentality and entrepreneurial drive
• Highest levels of integrity and ethics
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
• Ability to manage and build strong partnerships with vendors
• Experience of Contract Law

Pay: \$54,218.05 - \$130,172.33 per year
