Job Training for Beaver County, Inc. Business Services Representative in Monaca, Pennsylvania
JOB TITLE Business Services Consultant
JOB SUMMARY Outreach to local businesses to discuss workforce needs and recommend solutions.
Primary duties include:
- Increase market penetration through business outreach
- Schedule and conduct onsite meetings with local businesses
- Identify business needs and recommend appropriate services
- Develop and execute a customized service delivery plan
- Maintain regular communication with businesses and record activity in PA CareerLink system
- Post job openings on PA CareerLink and assist businesses in identifying job candidates
- Assist in working the PA CareerLink Career Resource Center
A sales background is preferred but not required. Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education required. Must have own vehicle and willing to travel to local businesses and related functions. Looking for an out-going, entrepreneurial-minded individual with excellent customer service skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software required.
This position requires a criminal background check and ability to acquire necessary clearances.
