What are we expecting from you?

We expect you to have a passion for bringing out the best in people and you enjoy coaching and develop your team. You will work close with Manufacturing and Supply Planning to meet defined targets. In addition, you will manage Customer Complaints for our Products and Management of Nonconformities. We offer a truly international environment with several opportunities for development. We don´t mind if you also like to have fun at work as we value a good laughter every now and then.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead our Quality Control team in daily operations.

  • Ensure Incoming Inspection and Final Inspection are performed according to plan.

  • Manage Customer Complaints according to procedure.

  • Ensure that Quality Control processes are compliant and efficient.

  • Take the Lead and coordinate Non-conformity activities when needed.

  • Actively work with Continuous Improvements of the processes linked to Quality Control.

  • Participate to Audits performed by internal / external parties.

  • Participate in Product and Process Projects. Secure resources are assigned for quality planning and measurement tasks.

Background / Qualifications:

  • An academic degree in engineering or equivalent professional background.

  • experience from working in the medical device industry and have knowledge aboutISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820.

  • experience as people manager and enjoy coaching and developing.

  • excellent communication skills as the role requires close contact with several functions.

  • participation in and experience of Audits from external parties.

  • good communication in English as well as Swedish, both written and verbally.

Personal characteristics are planning skills, attention to details and the skill to lead a team. We believe that you are a positive and social person with the ability to maintain a good relationship with local and global network. It is an advantage if you have strong focus and drive to achieve goals and targets. As you will be working in a global environment, your English must be excellent, written and spoken alike.
