As our Offering Manager, Service Repairs you will be responsible for developing and driving VA Repair Sales and profitability by creating new solutions based on Customer needs as well as promoting new and existing solutions with our ENA frontline GM's, Technicians, Supervisors and Salespeople. This position will also be responsible to track and report on progress made with ENA VA repair sales and profitability.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Area of responsibility – US, Canada, Mexico

Implementation - 25% - Implement existing billable packages and services that drive profitable growth of service repair sales through regimented frontline communication, knowledge expansion and industrialization of existing solutions in our frontlines. Expand KONE understanding of service repair market and potential of our customer and LIS base.

Sales Strategy - 20% Own the product pricing strategy and develop and implement pricing levels to achieve business objectives. Ensure pricing strategy matches market position and achieves optimum profitability performance (volume and revenue)

Creation - 15% - Develop packaged service repair and upgrade “products” by leveraging KONE Spares, SAS, Life Cycle Management, Technical Help Desk, KTI, GSS and frontlines service organization to create innovative repair and upgrade solutions to support our frontlines in proactive demand creation by targeting order development opportunities focused on our customers’ equipment needs.

Training - 15% - Drive the harmonization and professionalization of our service repair delivery including: Customer and tender documents, installation instructions, training materials for frontline service teams including technician engagement leveraging project management discipline

Analysis/Reporting - 10% - Analyze material consumption across our frontlines, solutions available from third party suppliers and additional NQR profitability improvement opportunities such as price increases and cost reduction on low CMII% Packaged Service Repairs as well as process improvements in the front line that will increase our profitability and reduce credits. Interface with Service Business leadership to effectively forecast sales per offering (units, monetary value and CMII) for operational, monthly and annual planning

Support the Maintenance Repair Productivity Leader - 10% - with Ad hock requests around VA productivity improvements and service related programs.

SPARES/Parts - 5% - Ensure logistics (KONE Spares, Third Party suppliers, GSS) are aligned with our development and can deliver consistently and with high quality new and existing offerings.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor degree in business related field or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years of strong cross functional and cross-border leadership; including, all levels of the field organization, Spares, SAS, third party suppliers, global and local R&D, global & local supply line, operations, quality, strategic accounts, Service Operations and Sales, Finance, legal, marketing, customer service, training and global strategic leaders.

  • Must have a driver personality who is highly creative, innovative, detail and results oriented and able to “think like the customer” in order to deliver repair packages that differentiate KONE from the competition and delight the customer.
