Communication will be to students/parents/influencers throughout the enrollment funnel and channels will include, but are not limited to email, text, website, print, video and social. The incumbent requires strong creative and communication competencies. This position will supervise the Admissions Welcome Center, which responds to inbound student communication and welcomes Admissions Office guests. r rRESPONSIBILITIES: r r Function as part of the Undergraduate Admissions Office leadership team and work in close collaboration with the team to maximize recruitment opportunities and enrollment of new students. r Lead strategic development, design, execution, analysis, and management of multiple student communication campaigns r Expand and develop targeted communication flows, including e-mail, text, personalized video, print and campaigns to multiple audiences, including prospective, inquiring, applicant and admitted students and parents/caregivers r Create, execute and evaluate electronic communications, including web, video and social media. r Develop communications and messaging to increase attendance at and yield from Admissions Office events. r Collaborate with admissions counseling team on territory management planning and communication r Coordinate academic program communications with the Admissions Marketing Coordinator r Lead development of and active use of communications component of a new customer relationship management system (Slate) r Research and develop presentations and displays r Procure swag and giveaways for both office needs and other departments to recruit students. r Train and supervise Welcome Center staff, and oversee operations r Collaborate and coordinate with University Relations on messaging and communications r Personally attend select on- and off-campus recruitment events r Represent the office on University committees and teams, as needed. r Other duties as assigned. r rRANK & SALARY: $48,000 - $52,000.
