Must be committed to the academic success of student-athletes and be committed to their personal growth and social development. Must be fully committed to all NCAA, The Summit League, and Western Illinois University Athletics Department policies and procedures. r rRANK & SALARY: Negotiable, commensurate with experience. For full benefit information visit: http://www.wiu.edu/vpas/human\_resources/benefits/. r rRequirements: r rREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree; demonstrated experience coaching or playing basketball at the NCAA Division I level; proven record of player skill development; proven record of adherence to all NCAA Division I compliance regulations; strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills; demonstrated record of successfully recruiting academically and athletics prepared student-athletes; must have a valid driver's license. r rPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience coordinating team travel; knowledge with Synergy Sports Tech, Fast Model, Sports Code, Microsoft Office software. r rFor a degree to be considered, it must be conferred from a regionally accredited degree-granting institution of higher education (or equivalent from an international accrediting body).
