Description

Responsibilities:

• Accurate recording and processing of customer payments, including cash, checks, and credit card transactions.

• Updating and maintaining records by thoroughly reviewing invoices, debits, and credits.

• Utilizing accounting software systems efficiently for data processing and maintaining accounts receivable.

• Regular monitoring and management of customer accounts and cash activity.

• Familiarity with Epic Software and Epic System for efficient processing and management of customer data.

• Handling automated clearing house (ACH) transactions and other billing functions.

• Addressing customer inquiries promptly and effectively.

• Ensuring adherence to accounting functions and principles.

• Performing other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
