Summary This position is a Maintenance Worker, GS- 4749-5 working in Mohave Valley, Arizona for the Lake Havasu Refuges Complex. This is a term position expected to last 13 MONTHS but may be extended up to a total of 4 years at management's discretion. Responsibilities As a Maintenance Worker, your duties will include, but are not limited to, the following: Assists in lifting, carrying, holding materials and performing other related tasks in installing outdoor water systems, cleaning plugged water pipes and sewer lines, and in renovation of building interiors and exteriors, and the replacement of worn plumbing fixtures. Performance of minor electrical maintenance and repairs. Drives one or more types of trucks with rated weight capacities up to and including one ton. Maintains boats and marine engines. Maintain walking trails, boardwalks and observation points.
