Job Title: HVAC Service Manager

Job Description

HVAC Service Manager will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, providing input to any change of status of other employees and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Modesto, California.

Work Environment

Position will be based mainly in an office setting, but will be expected to work in the field as well. Main function is managing HVAC team, driving results, holding accountability, building culture and increasing profitability. In the field, work environment will include both residential and commercial properties. Can expect to work in 100-degree weather in the summer and in cold, freezing temperatures during the winter. May require travel to various parts of the Central Valley depending on customer needs and issues.
