Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will play a key part in providing invaluable support to our financial department by managing our day-to-day accounting tasks. Your primary duty will be to maintain our financial records in a reliable and accurate manner, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic accounting duties such as managing and reconciling invoices, maintaining and updating financial records, and processing transactions.

• Assist with the preparation of financial reports as required.

• Prepare bank deposits, reconcile financial statements and general ledgers, and carry out various bookkeeping tasks.

• Prepare, send, and store invoices and manage the receipt and entry of bills for payment.

• Collaborate with the accounting team to expedite the financial processes, thereby optimizing overall efficiency.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an accounting clerk or a similar role.

• Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with various accounting software.

• Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Associate's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, or a relevant field.
