Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Restaurant Zone Manager to join our team in Mobile, United States. As a Restaurant Zone Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and upholding our company's standards and culture within your assigned zone.
Oversee and manage the operations of one restaurant zone during assigned shifts
Enforce company policies and maintain high operational standards
Direct and supervise crew members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction
Implement and maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant
Utilize management tools and logs to document results and take corrective actions when needed
Provide exemplary customer service and address customer concerns promptly
Support the execution of employee reward and recognition programs
Authorize manager-level functions such as discounts and promotions
Collaborate with the Restaurant Leader to achieve operational goals and improve performance
Ensure proper maintenance of restaurant facilities and equipment
Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively
Qualifications
1+ years of restaurant management experience
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills
Proficiency in restaurant management software
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proven problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances
Must be at least 18 of age
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a kitchen environment
