We are looking for a skilled and motivated Concrete Restoration Field Technician to join our team for a year-long project focused on concrete repair and restoration. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in concrete work who are eager to take on challenging tasks during night shifts, from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform demolition, concrete repair and restoration tasks, including surface preparation, crack repair, and application of repair materials.
- Inspect and assess the condition of concrete structures to determine the best demolition and restoration approach.
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment for concrete repair, such as hand jackhammers, grinders, mixers, and trowels.
- Apply coatings, sealants, and other protective materials to repaired concrete surfaces.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality work on all projects.
- Follow detailed restoration plans and guidelines to meet project specifications.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with the project supervisor and other team members to resolve any issues that arise during the project.
