Essential Functions:

  • Prioritize projects assigned by Payroll Manager
  • Prioritize team loads and projects to ensure client satisfaction
  • Assist in training and guiding of new team members
  • Project management
  • Problem solving and error resolution
  • Occasional payroll processing
  • Other duties assigned

Required education and experience:

  • HS Diploma or higher
  • 1-3 years experience processing payroll
  • Leadership or Project Management experience required
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Interest in expanding skills and knowledge of platforms as needed

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Strong data entry skills
  • Client service experience
