As a part of Hargrove’s High School Academy Program, you will be responsible for providing daily assistance for Hargrove Engineers & Constructors as well as other duties which may be assigned. In addition, you will be expected to work in a group environment while supporting current teammates with on-going projects.

Education: Enrollment in a STEM course at an approved Hargrove High School Academy participating school.

GPA: 3.0 or above

Generally responsible for performing routine designs of less complex engineering assignments using theoretical knowledge and practical design methods. This work will be performed under direct supervision.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Familiarity with design standards and codes.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Must have completed 10th grade and be 16 years old.

• Must have recommendation from approved school representative.

• Have access to reliable transportation.
