Position Overview
We are seeking a seeking an experienced Construction Crew Lead to lead a dedicated team of (12) Restoration Technicians and (12) Demo Technicians. This role will be a hands-on opportunity and is to be considered a working Construction Foreman. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality and integrity. Experience in applying building repair materials, concrete curing and finishing and application of patching materials.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all operations of project -Project will be executed 6PM - 3AM
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
Manage crew members schedules, task assignments, and resource allocation
Enforce company safety protocols and conduct safety briefings
Communicate with Leadership Team to highlight questions or concerns
Resolve on-site issues swiftly to minimize disruptions to project timelines
What Were Looking For
Experience in applying building repair materials, concrete curing and finishing and application of patching materials. Not required, but definitely a plus
Project management experience in building repair and restoration projects
Experience managing projects after normal working hours -Project will executed 6PM - 3AM
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of 20-25 workers
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with diverse teams
Commitment to upholding safety and quality standards
Must have valid drivers license and clean background
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
