We are looking for a driven and curious client-focused Senior Project Manager to grow with our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the full performance of every phase of a major project or group of smaller projects. Using your industry experience to guide you, you will be responsible for planning, directing, supervising, and controlling all technical, fiscal and administrative functions of contractual activities. As a Senior Project Manager, you will also be supervising at this level and may supervise one or more Project Managers or the entire project staff.

You will be responsible to work with the Client, Architect, Regulatory, General Contractor, and FFE vendors/contractors for the overall project delivery, including the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives.

You will manage and provide construction oversight and facilitate resolution to complex construction project related issues, disputes and disagreements. Your role in developing plans, strategies, goals, and objectives will assist in achieving success within this K12 program.

As the Senior PM, you’ll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety of the team. By developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, you’ll help our team achieve the Client’s objectives. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment. You’ll bring your expertise to solve complex problems, ensuring the success of our projects.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Bachelor of Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management

  • 10 years of Project Construction Management experience

  • 5 years of experience managing large programs with projects in construction values excess of $100 million

  • K-12 School construction experience

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification

  • LEED AP

  • Strong working knowledge in design and construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, environmental and LEED applications, team building and client relationship building
