This is an Event Customer Service Team Member (Part-Time) position with a company in Mississippi State, MS.
Job Summary: The Event Customer Service Team Member is responsible for providing the ultimate shopping experience to fans during our events and in stores. If you have a passion for retail, an outgoing personality, love to sell, enjoy working in teams, and strive to create relationships with fans, this job is for you.
Duties And Responsibilities: Meet, greet, and interact with customers to meet their needs. Stock, price, and organize merchandise. Assist with the gameday set-up and merchandising of all retail locations. Demonstrate excellent product knowledge. Be a champion at suggestive selling. Conduct transactions through the Point-of-Sale system according to guidelines. Organize, maintain, and clean retail locations during downtime. Other duties as assigned.
Education and Qualifications: Professional in appearance and conduct. Friendly & outgoing. Customer service-oriented and like to help others. Comfortable multi-tasking and adapting easily to change. Someone who likes to have fun at work and work with a team. Be willing to work extended hours on event days, including weekends. Reliable with regular attendance. Adept at basic computer and math skills.
