The Position:

We are currently seeking aSenior Infrastructure Specialist.This role will be responsible for monitoring day-to-day Corporate Service operational performance. The Senior Infrastructure Specialist is to coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives to deliver process improvements and best practices. To support the implementation of initiatives to drive improved efficiency, productivity and quality within the team, ensuring top-of-the-line customer experience. In addition, the role is also responsible for operational reports including presentation decks for leadership and alignment with KPIs, which are used to measure the effectiveness of customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

What you’re responsible for:

  • Facilitate cross-functional projects and initiatives to deliver process improvements

  • Consult and advise leadership on process and performance improvement opportunities that will foster growth, improved customer satisfaction, and operational efficiencies

  • Organize meetings to review and support project progress and ensure target deadlines are met

  • Provide KPI analytical information to improve field support service quality based on requests from stakeholders

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI and summary reports

  • Handle all payment requests for the service department and follow-up with all inquiries from corporate accounting and finance

  • Responsible for monitoring and auditing buffer stock and sample inventory

  • Work collaboratively with teams to successfully implement extended warranty programs and initiatives

  • Generate presentation decks according to leadership requirements

  • Complete ad-hoc departmental requests that are within scope of job function

    To join our team:

  • Fluent in Korean and English

  • University degree or College equivalent in Business Administration preferred

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications

  • Strong proficiency in Tableau an asset

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

  • Solid quantitative and analytical skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
