Philips Sales, Operations Leader - Personal Health (Remote-Based, Canada) in Mississauga, Ontario

We are looking for a Sales Operations Leader for our Personal Health Business at Philips Canada. The Sales Operations Leader drives alignment and execution of the sales and marketing strategies across the Canadian portfolio. This leader optimizes sales planning and execution, drives adoption and continuous improvement on the sales processes for Canada. This individual also oversees business planning cycle, pricing strategy, sales quota management and the translation of trade promotion effectiveness into channel / customer strategy

Your role:

  • Leading Annual Business planning process with Sales team in partnership with Marketing, Customer Demand Planning and Finance

  • Accountable to direct the equitable assignment of sales force quotas, ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels

  • Lead the organization through the annual quota process while incorporating individual account learnings to improve and streamline the process.

  • Day to day operations with a strong focus on developing and embedding processes, prioritize opportunities for sales process improvement and collaborative decision making on allocation and distribution when needed.

  • Primary owner of market equity across channels working to avoid channel conflict. Overall ownership for the implementation and maintenance of MAP (Minimum Advertised Price Policy) and coordination with Key Account Managers to support and monitor conflicts.

  • Partner to the Sales Leader on Sales Strategy

  • Leads two direct reports

You're the right fit if:

  • The ability to develop strategy and implement as an effective process.

  • Sales, Sales Planning and/or Category Management experience

  • Proven ability to lead and work in cross functional teams

  • Advanced analytics and ROI Analysis

  • Strong conflict resolution skills

  • Leadership and team management

  • Desire and ability to build new organizational competencies

  • 8+ years minimum experience in sales with a major CPG company

  • Bachelors Degree required, MBA preferred

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $123,000to $150,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives maybe offered which includesa generous PTO, DC Pension, Flex Dollars (for HSA/PSA/RRSP),stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
