IT Project Manager / Project Analyst - Resource management (VP)

BCMA Technology is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager- Resource management (VP)

Role Overview:

IT Project Manager- Program Support is responsible to advance organization/people strategy goals including resource management, hiring support and people engagement. This role will involve coordinating and managing activities of global resource management plan while partnering with Business office and Recruitment teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Portfolio manager in creating Resource Management plan to forecast demand by specialty. Use data to predict where we need skills and capabilities and make appropriate hiring recommendations.

  • Act as a partner to Staffing office, business office and executives, providing insights to help shape the strategy of the business. Be comfortable with leading difficult conversations as needed, having backbone to respectfully challenge leaders in order to ensure they are doing what is best for the business and its people.

  • Work with staffing office and recruitments teams to arrange hiring drives at various locations and publish the conversion reports.

  • Leading hiring meetings through deliverables, outcomes and actions. Own agenda and track follow-up actions and influence leaders to complete forward looking resource recruitment plans.

  • Provide support to diverse and geographically dispersed team of hiring PMOs. Act as the face of BCMA tech. for new hire onboarding and induction process.

  • Create new joiner onboarding document for smooth transitioning to new roles

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Experience

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in a financial services role

  • Recruitment and staffing office experience preferred

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience

  • Master’s degree preferred
