BDO Ceridian Dayforce WFM Implementation Consultant (Full Time Permanent Opportunity) in Mississauga, Ontario

We are looking for a Ceridian Dayforce WFM Implementation Consultant to join our People Experience team and own the following responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to external clients and BDO project teams in support of client Ceridian Dayforce HCM software implementations

  • Lead all phases of the Core HR & WFM implementation phases including Discovery, Configuration, Testing, Go-live and Post Go-Live

  • Understand client WFM objectives and provide in-depth application expertise that identifies issues/risks and solves accordingly

  • Document and validate client business requirements, performing a gap fit analysis and mapping to Dayforce functionality

  • Configure Dayforce to meet client WFM & Core HR requirements, streamlining customer business processes to achieve greater ROI within the context of Dayforce modules

  • Attend internal project meetings and provide status updates on deliverables

  • Provide training to client staff to perform day-to-day activities in support of implementations

  • Implement Organizational Readiness best practices in preparation for rollout

  • Participate in Dayforce continuing education and become well-versed on new or enhanced functionality accompanying each new product release

  • Document best practices/solutions and share internally within the People Experience Practice

Your experience

  • 2+ years of Workforce Management (WFM) module implementation experience (Dayforce experience is strongly preferred but experience with similar solutions such as UKG, ADP, etc. will also be considered)

  • Understanding of common human capital management (HCM) business practices

  • Ability to engage with multiple projects and customers at the same time

  • Business process mapping experience

  • Understanding relational databases and SQL is an asset

  • Certification in one or more Dayforce HCM modules will be considered in our selection process

  • Change management experience is an asset

  • Self-motivated, articulate, and able to engage audiences

  • Excellent organization, communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to lead and facilitate customer workshops and sessions

  • Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites (INSERT TYPICAL COVID-19 LANGUAGE HERE)
