Saint Joseph Medical Group has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible* Infectious Disease physician to join a growing practice located in Mishawaka, Indiana. This community-based practice is located in a Medical Office Building adjacent to hospital. The providers manage complicated diseases with compassion and clinical expertise and specialize in the treatment of HIV/AIDS and are also known for expertise in fungal infections, bone and joint infections and a range of unusual and complicated infections. The goal of the practice is to assure patients have a positive, healthy experience. This is an exciting opportunity for the right Infectious Disease physician to be part of a growing practice.
Saint Joseph Physician Network (SJPN) is the employed arm of Saint Joseph Health System (SJHS). JOB DUTIES
· Basic laboratory services are available and basic procedures may be performed.
· Opportunities for teaching exist with St. Joseph Health System Family Medicine residents [clinical teaching and/or supervision].
· Must adhere to the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services.
· Required to maintain active membership status on the medical staff of SJHS-SB and/or SJHS-Ply, with full and unrestricted privileges.
· *Board Certification required within 5 years of Residency Program Completion.
Saint Joseph Medical Group is offering an excellent compensation package for the right physician including:
· Competitive salary range in line with MGMA standards.
