Overview

The Ad Trafficker/Digital Operations Coordinator will be responsible for inputting and implementing supplier campaign details into the ad server, conducting quality assurance, and testing of campaign setups, and providing insights to senior analysts. This role requires a strong understanding of the technical aspects of online advertising, including knowledge of SSP/ad servers, as well as the ability to liaise effectively between the ad tech manager and traffic coordinators. Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for reporting campaign statistics, completing final QA for campaign launches, and providing insights for optimizations and recommendations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Input and implement supplier campaign details into the ad server, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client specifications and campaign objectives.

  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) and testing of campaign setups to verify functionality, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure a seamless user experience.

  • Collaborate with senior analysts to provide insights into campaign performance, leveraging data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

  • Facilitating communication and coordination to streamline campaign execution processes.

  • Report campaign statistics and performance metrics to stakeholders, preparing comprehensive reports that highlight key findings and actionable insights.

  • Complete final QA checks for campaign launches, verifying that all components are correctly configured and deployed according to schedule.

  • Provide insights for optimizations and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and achieve client goals, drawing upon technical expertise and industry best practices.

  • Stay informed about the latest developments in online advertising technology, including SSPs, ad servers, and measurement tools such as Nielsen and ComScore, to inform decision-making and strategy.

Additional Primary Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications a plus.

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising operations, ad trafficking, or related roles.

  • Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of online advertising technology and platforms, including SSPs, ad servers, and analytics tools.

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure campaign accuracy.

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and generate actionable insights.

  • Experience with Nielsen and ComScore metrics and reporting tools preferred.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
