L3Harris IT Administrative Assistant in Mirabel, Canada

About your next challenge as IT Administrative Assistant:

Under the supervision of the ITSS Senior Program Manager, the IT Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the administrative support of the IT group.

What You Will Do:

  • Licence renewals;

  • Software, computer equipment, network equipment, accessories purchase process;

  • Internet, telephone and network contract management;

  • Telus Mobile Account contract management;

  • Preparation, monitoring and compilation of the IST budget;

  • Payment of bills, implementation of annual services;

  • Ariba purchasing process;

  • SAP Procurement Process;

  • Various purchases related to the STI department (stationery, etc.);

  • Creation / monitoring of consultants;

  • Travel/expense account management assistance.

    Required Skills and Experiences:

  • College or professional degree in administration or office automation with a minimum of five (5) years experience in a similar position;

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Basic knowledge of accounting;

  • Knowledge of SAP or any other enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is an asset;

  • Bilingual (French, English) both written and oral;

  • Knowledge of MS-Project and Visio, an asset.

    Eligibility Criteria :

  • Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program;

  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance.
