Precision Strip Compensation and Benefits Manager in Minster, Ohio
As the Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our compensation programs, policies, and procedures, having responsibility over our payroll processes, compensations programs, and administration of our benefits programs. This position will be based out of our Minster, OH location.
Every day as a Compensation and Benefits Manager you will...
Be the subject matter expert and ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll processes, compensation programs, and benefits plans.
Lead the design and maintenance of compensation processes, including survey participation, job evaluation, and salary structure development.
Benchmark jobs against survey data and market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges.
Analyze internal data and external market trends to make data-driven decisions on pay adjustments, incentive programs, and other rewards initiatives.
Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation audits and reporting processes.
Oversee all benefit and compensation communication efforts for new, current, and prospective associates.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Finance, or a related business field preferred.
Self-driven work habits with strong attention to detail, and follow-through.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in payroll and compensation management.
Strong understanding of compensation best practices, market analysis, and regulatory requirements.
Extensive Excel data analysis and reporting skills.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage the work of others.
Familiarity with Payfactors and/or Dayforce systems is a plus.
