First International Bank and Trust is a family-owned community bank and one of Prairie Business Magazine's 50 best places to work. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Minot leadership team, branches, and bank/community events.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provides support to the office, branch and leaders, as needed.

  • Assists with managing schedules and calendar appointments of our Minot Leadership team.

  • Assists with bank/community related events. (Events may take place after 5pm or on Weekends)

  • Performs necessary administrative tasks such as accounts payables, typing, filing, photocopying and scanning.

  • Welcomes and assists clients, in person and via phone, to determine nature of business; aids in directing to appropriate personnel and responds to questions and concerns.

  • Monitors visitor access and issues security passes when required.

  • Assists with planning and executing business related meetings, activities, events and sponsorships.

  • Plans and coordinates employee and other internal meetings.

  • Prepares records such as agendas, notices, and meeting minutes.

  • Composes and prepares professional business correspondence, reports, and other documents.

  • Arranges travel plans and itineraries, along with necessary preparation and materials.

  • Creates and maintains databases and spreadsheet files.

  • Retrieves, sorts and routes mail. Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence.

  • Creates and prints memos, correspondence, reports and other documents when necessary.

  • Orders and maintains supplies and arranges for equipment maintenance.

  • Keeps lobby and surrounding areas tidy and stocked with all necessary supplies.

  • Assists with various projects and assignments as needed.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalency.

  • Prior administrative assistance experience and/or training preferred.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Proficient is MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams) and basic computer applications
