The Marketing Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for deploying programs and initiatives that enable customer-facing teams to execute the core aspects of their jobs more effectively, especially as it relates to selling and revenue performance.
This role is strategic in understanding the assets and materials needed to support internal and external stakeholders and how to automate and optimize the execution and delivery of the content. The successful person in this role will pave the way for successful delivery of programs and materials to revenue teams with the goal of continually optimizing existing approaches.
The Marketing Sales Enablement Manager facilitates alignment between marketing and revenue team and serves as the connective tissue, gathering insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve upon the sales processes and align to broader company goals. The successful candidate offers a multidisciplinary skill-set as it relates to people, management, organization and development.
They are a key stakeholder for the technology that drives marketing sales enablement, digital asset management, and automation platforms.

Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales enablement strategies that align with our marketing and revenue goals
Manage and optimize the Highspot platform to ensure it meets the needs of our sales teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to create and distribute effective sales content
Lead the development and enhancement of our sales enablement platform, ensuring it supports the sales process and drives growth
Act as the archivist and organizer of company assets, including files, photos, videos, and other content, ensuring efficient file naming and storage practices
Facilitate alignment between marketing and sales teams, serving as the connective tissue to gather insights and execute initiatives that improve sales processes
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement programs, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
Provide training, guidance, and on-the-ground support to internal teams on how to leverage the technology and inform on process

Required Qualifications:
Experience and proficiency in a sales enablement role including tools and technologies, preferably experience using Highspot
Solid understanding of sales processes and the ability to develop and implement effective sales enablement strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Adobe Assets, Workfront, Salesforce, and Workato
Experience in the healthcare or technology industry
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other sales tools
Ability to analyze data and generate insights to drive sales performance
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $173,200 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
