Huntington National Bank CSC BPO Operations Lead in Minnetonka, Minnesota

Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the vendor relationship is well developed and maintained to ensure a superior customer experience, timeliness, and a high level of efficiency. Must be capable of proposing solutions to enhance vendor performance

  • Daily follow up with vendors in assigned tasks, ensuring on time response

  • Collaborate both internally and externally to resolve complex operational or technological issues

  • Serve as a key point of contact for the offshore leadership team

  • To ensure exceptional performance, manage team relationships effectively, and participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business improvement

  • Balance the needs of key stakeholders, ensure that the teams involved are aware of the combined end goals, establish operations objectives and work plans, and participate in regular meetings to improve productivity, product knowledge, and customer experience

  • Provides reports to senior management and other relevant personnel regarding outsource partners

  • You will also be responsible for driving consistency across our call center operations, partnering closely with our internal customer solution leadership, and cross-functional departments

  • Continuously improve processes and operational efficiencies

Basic Qualifications:

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years Business Analyst to include 2+ years' supervisory experience

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Advanced experienced in Microsoft Excel, Tableau (or other Data Visualization), and SharePoint

  • Scorecard Design and Maintenance

  • Demonstrated ability to formulate, implement and evaluate plans and projects applicable to assigned area

  • Demonstrated managerial and leadership skills with proven ability to interact effectively with peers and partners

  • General knowledge of organization-wide policies and procedures and thorough knowledge of those policies and procedures relevant to the assigned area of accountability
