Responsible for business intelligence reports for Health Plan clients and internal management as well as KPI dashboards. This position is responsible for serving as an expert in data analysis, reporting, dashboard design and data visualization Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: - Develop simple reports and dashboards and modification of existing reports and dashboards. - Assist in the design of dashboards and data visualizations to enhance business understanding. - Engage stakeholders to understand and document business requirements. - Write technical requirements for application, data warehouse and reporting teams with guidance from more experienced team members. - Explore data contained in AIM databases to identify the combination of tables, fields, and business logic needed, in order to construct reports that satisfy customer requirements. - Serve as on-duty staff, sharing rotation with other team members, ensuring that scheduled reports run in a timely manner and user requests and questions are answered.
Requires a BS/BA degree in related field; 2-4 years related operational and/or data analysis experience; experience in database structures, and standard query and reporting tools; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. This job is more focused on technical expertise and analysis as compared to the Bus Info Analyst I job.

Annual Salary Range*: $56,720 - $70,090
