Description We are seeking a meticulous Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team based in Minnetonka, Minnesota. In this role, you will be primarily tasked with handling all aspects of accounts payable, including invoice processing, account reconciliation, and vendor communication. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our financial department.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all invoices for payment

• Conduct regular account reconciliations to maintain accurate reporting and ledger maintenance

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including expenses and payroll

• Review and apply adjustments and/or corrections to corporate billing records as necessary

• Ensure company's financial standing is accurately reflected by balancing daily and monthly accounts payable activities

• Adhere to and enforce the company's financial policies and procedures at all times

• Maintain well-organized and complete account files and documents

• Address and effectively respond to queries and concerns from vendors and suppliers

• Participate in special projects as necessary to support the financial department's operations. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP).

• Experience with Check Runs and Coding Invoices is desirable.

• Strong data entry skills are required.

• Familiarity with Invoice Processing is a must.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with Oracle and QuickBooks is preferred.

• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

• Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask.

• Should have a high level of integrity and dependability.
