Bobcat Marketing Specialist Operations in Minneapolis, North Dakota
*Job Information Location: West Fargo, ND or Minneapolis, MN As a Marketing Specialist - Operations, you will have an immediate and meaningful impact on the entire marketing team. In this role, you will enable the marketing team to operate efficiently. You will evaluate, select and onboard the team to tools that improve process & efficiency. The Marketing Operations team will accelerate the work of the entire department by managing essential tasks and deliverables that contribute to the cross functional success of the Marketing Team. This role requires a passion for solving ambiguous problems, optimizing processes, and structured strategic thinking. You must be inclined to think critically and not be afraid to question the status quo. Above all, we\'re looking for someone who has a can-do attitude, a lot of grit and comfort with change. Role & Responsibility*
- Support the marketing operations team through management and coordination of key processes, including but not limited to: photo & video coordination, librarying of photo & video assets, content implementation on digital platforms, call center operations, routine marketing process coordination and governance, marketing system development, ownership and management
- Support the onboarding & build phase of marketing agencies through access to and training of marketing systems for assets and production
- Support Marketing Operations in its quest to ensure the marketing team is operating efficiently and moving towards the overall departmental strategy
- Support short- and long-term financial planning & goal-setting for the marketing team
- Support operational improvement initiatives, including tactical execution
- Help reinvent how we operate as a marketing team as we are growing as a team and company ensuring we work on the most important priorities and executing them as efficiently as possible
- Support Marketing\'s biggest impediments to growth and help remove roadblocks
- Perform detailed analysis in partnership with our data science, consumer insights and other marketing teams to support strategic decision-making
- Communicate learnings and implemented solutions
- Closely collaborate with multiple teams across Bobcat with ability to shift between many hats
*Job Requirement*
- Education Required: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- 3-5 years relevant marketing and/or business experience (related industry preferred, but not required.)
- Highly-proactive, extremely organized, self-starter capable of effectively managing several projects at the same time
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to work with many different personality types and positively influence others
- Detail obsessed. Insatiably strives for order & clean process. Optimistic & solutions driven
- Satisfied in operating behind-the-scenes and comfortable presenting/communicating to all levels of the org
