Additional info on this role: This position will be working with white label credit card platforms creating solutions that will be applied to multiple partner branded features. An experience architect (XA) at U.S. Bank is a professional adept at planning and designing the user experience architecture of our customer-facing interfaces. The XA understands the methods and tools for creating taxonomies, user flow diagrams and screen layouts, and fundamentally understands the methods and concepts related to findability and usability.
