BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated UX Architect at Hybrid, We place consultants for end clients all over the USA. Position: Application Development - UX Architect Location: Minneapolis, MN, Atlanta, GA, San Francisco, CA, Cincinnati, OH, Chicago, IL, New York, NY, Irving, TX, Charlotte, NC Duration: 5Months OPEN TO ALL DIGITAL HUBS HYBRID: 3 DAYS PER WEEK IN OFFICE REQUIRED TOP SKILLS IN AN IDEAL CANDIDATE: Demonstrates understanding of all design craft skills and has expertise in 2-3 craft skills (interaction design, user-centric design, and information architecture). Continues to build strength in other areas of craft. Evolves work through constant feedback and iteration with the product team. Actively participates and/or leads cross-functional opportunities. Responsible for providing feedback, to design teams and across the organization, that elevates the quality and impact of design work. Actively develops the craft of junior Experience Designers within the team. An experienced architect (XA) at Client is a professional adept at planning and designing the user experience architecture of our customer-facing interfaces. The XA understands the methods and tools for creating taxonomies, user flow diagrams and screen layouts, and fundamentally understands the methods and concepts related to findability and usability. The ideal candidate is passionate yet patient; confident yet humble. They take initiative to understand our customers and the finance industry thoroughly. They are driven to create findable, usable, world-class experiences. This candidate loves collaboration and can articulately communicate and clearly translate functional objectives into detailed experience specifications.
