Trademark Associate

Barnes & Thornburg LLP seeks a Trademark Associate for our Indianapolis, Chicago or Minneapolis Office. Candidates must have at least 3-5 years of trademark experience, with an emphasis on trademark prosecution and portfolio management, clearance, maintenance and enforcement. Experience with UDRP, ICANN, licensing, counterfeiting and trademark and copyright litigation would be a plus, as would experience appearing before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
