Your Opportunity: Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a temporary Sales Support Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting account managers and high-volume political mail customers by placing orders, providing quotes, coordinating price changes, entering orders, and resolving problems. Your Responsibilities: Responsible to answer inbound calls and provide complete customer resolution Troubleshoot and resolve internal and external customer issues Meet statistical and quality goals established for the department Manages, researches, and processes correspondence from customers and account managers to determine customer needs Works with manufacturer, vendor representatives to ascertain product availability, obtain pricing; literature; lead times; and shipping information Process orders, work with purchasing to ensure correct delivery time, and follow up with factory on progress of order, obtain shipping information Process stock and non-stock orders Responsible to facilitate contract changes, price changes, customer set up, and credit requests Communicates with Sales and customers to obtain and process orders on order-entry system Provide documents, reports, comparisons as directed by sales Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to all levels of internal and external customers Assist Sales with administrative duties Other duties as assigned You Must Have: 3+ years of experience working in a call center; or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures Ability to operate PC, and other clerical support equipment Ability to write business correspondence Ability to problem solve, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast paced environment About Taylor Corporation One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
