What you'll do at Jamf: At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work.The Business Operations Systems Intern will assist the Business Operations team with projects, tasks, documentation and support other internal Jamf teams. The Business Operations team collaborates with other departments on the tools, processes and data that these teams use to improve internal day to day tasks and interactions with the Jamf customers. This role includes, but is not limited to, helpdesk support, basic CRM administration, project management, documentation and quality assurance testing. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, research, and resolve technical problems and incidents in a timely and professional manner Document current and future improvements to Jamf's internal and external systems & processes Provide exceptional customer service resolving support tickets Ensure quality of data in company CRM system (Salesforce.com) and other mediums Participate in quality assurance testing within the project cycle Design and implement basic CRM solutions Other duties and special projects as assigned Skills & Requirements Pursuing an Associates or Bachelor's degree relating to the field of Information Technology, Quality Assurance and/or Software Engineering (Required) How we help you reach your best potential: Recently named a Best Workplace in Technology, Fortune Magazine 2021.
