Department Overview The Orthopedic Clinic provides a full ranges of services relating to musculoskeletal injuries and congenital disorders. Professional consultation, education, and outreach programs and services are available. Position Summary Provides supervision of the daily operations of departments requiring nursing expertise, assuring goals are obtained through planning, implementing and directing programs, procedures, systems and support personnel. Direct supervision of support staff and RN up to 15 FTE's. May require travel to 1-2 sites in relative proximity. This is a working supervisor role with 30-40% clinical care. Required: *Bachelor's degree - any field *AA, RN *MN Nursing License *2-5 years of clinical nursing experience *BLS Certification Preferred: *BSN *Pediatrics, ambulatory care setting *Specialty experience, where applicable *Leadership experience Knowledge, skills & abilities: *Driving execution of key goals *Inspiring & empowering others *Attracting & retaining talent *Fostering open dialogue & teamwork, building relationships *A passion for learning *Strong critical thinking & analytical skills *Excellent communication *Development of standard work, policies & procedures Physical Demands Please click here to view the Physical Demands The posted pay range represents rates for a grouping of multiple jobs within a salary grade. We carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Children's Minnesota.
