CrowdStrike, Inc. Full time R19911 About the Role: The Strategic Programs Director will play a critical role in overseeing the delivery of strategic initiatives within our services division. This senior leadership position requires a highly experienced professional with a strong background in management consulting, facilitation, negotiation, project/program management, partnership development, and strategic planning preferably in the cybersecurity software and services space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programs, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering results in a fast-paced, outcomes focused, regulated environment. What You ll Do: Lead and oversee the strategic direction, planning, and execution of key programs and projects within the services division which includes professional consulting services, incident response/DFIR, advisory, assessment, training/education, and managed services functions. Develop and implement program management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to ensure successful project delivery. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic programs, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Collaborate with senior leadership to align program goals with the company s strategic objectives and business priorities. Oversee the management of budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure programs are delivered on time and within scope. Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues associated with programs, implementing corrective actions as needed. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to ensure program alignment and stakeholder satisfaction. Provide regular status updates, reports, and briefings to executive leadership and other stakeholders. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project managers and program coordinators. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of program management practices. What You ll Need: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A master s degree is preferred. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in managing large-scale information technology or cybersecurity programs, with a strong emphasis on strategic program management. Certified by a major project management body such as PMI (Project Management Professional - PMP) or PRINCE2. Proven expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with proficiency in tools such as JIRA. In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity practices, especially within regulated environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions with limited data. Demonstrated ability to deliver technical projects successfully and manage multiple programs simultaneously. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing budgets, contracts, and acquisition activities. Ability to thrive in a matrix organizational structure and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM). Experience in a senior leadership role within the cybersecurity industry.
