Job Description

Responsible for recommending solution options, technical design, development, and support of technology projects. Develop and unit tests software solutions by studying information needs, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes including investigating areas of uncertainty. Design, develop, and deploy complex .NET applications. Work closely with other IT groups and customers to define technical deliverables based on customer needs and objectives utilizing Deluxe standards and industry best practices. Develop applications using C#, ASP, VB, SQL, LINQ for stand-alone services and web-based UI applications. Develop validations and UI components. Participate in reviewing business requirements including creating and maintaining detailed design documentation and other configuration and deployment documentation. Formulate and make technical recommendation options by understanding business complexities, problems, and opportunities.

Job Requirements

The qualified candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or closely related field. The qualified candidate must have at least 3 years (36 months) of experience with all the following: (a) Designing and developing applications and services using ASP.NET and C#; (b) Using relational databases to store procedures schema designs, queries views and triggers; (c) Ensuring relations in databases include indexing, constrains and foreign keys; (d) Designing and developing Web APIs; (e) Working with the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC); (f) Optimizing SQL code using query optimization, index tuning, and database partitioning; and (g) utilizing all the following tools/technologies: Net Framework 4.5, .Net Core, C#, ASP.NET, HTML, XML, Production Support, REST API, CSS3, TSQL, SQL Server, GIT, MS Visio, and Windows Operating System. All experience may be gained concurrently.
