Description

Robert Half is seeking a D365 Developer to join their growing client in the Twin Cities. This is a direct hire opportunity and can sit fully remote. Candidates must be based in MN.

Position Overview:

As a Dynamics 365 Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform to meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement customizations, and ensure the successful deployment of D365 solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.

  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations with other systems.

  • Configure and customize D365 entities, forms, views, and dashboards.

  • Implement security roles and permissions within D365.

  • Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure quality and reliability of developed solutions.

  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users.

  • Document technical specifications, configurations, and customizations.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Python, VB.NET, C++ JavaScript.

  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, data model, and security concepts.

  • Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.

  • Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
