Hours: Monday - Friday: 6:30 am 3 pm or 9:30 am - 6 pm Benefits of the Shipping / Warehouse Associate: Comprehensive insurance coverage available after 90 days, including health, dental, vision, life, STD, and non-work accident. Responsibilities of the Shipping / Warehouse Associate: Handle shipping and receiving duties, including loading/unloading and using RF scanners. Perform electro-mechanical assembly with small hand, air, or electric tools. Utilize brazing rods to connect joints and conduct quality assurance tests on finished parts. Maintain accurate logs to track performance, defects, and quality metrics. Calibrate cooling units and follow Kanban instructions and the 5-S framework. Requirements of the Shipping / Warehouse Associate: Basic math skills, including the ability to work with fractions, charts, graphs, tables, and diagrams. Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting manufacturing equipment. Successful completion of a pre-screen drug test and national background check.
