Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Job Description

Candidate will be working in the shipping/receiving department. We are seeking someone that is fast-paced and works with a purpose. The ideal candidate is adaptable to situations, has good problem-solving skills, and demonstrates creative thinking. Leadership experience is a plus, especially if you have trained and worked closely with other team members to accomplish goals. Responsibilities include ensuring the efficient flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, accurately receiving, inspecting, storing materials, and shipping finished products. You will use a warehouse management system for daily planning and shipments, and communicate with the scheduling department to arrange trucks for pickups. You will also assist with receiving duties.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Work Environment

7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday. It is a large warehouse/production facility that is very clean and well organized with little to no clutter on the production floor. All machines are large custom-made fabrication machines. Dress Code: Jeans and a t-shirt, steel toes. Pay: $22-$26 per hour.
