Only qualified ServiceNow HR Product Specialist candidates located in Minneapolis, MN, Charlotte, NC, Irving, TX or Milwaukee, WI will be considered due to the position being hybrid and requiring 3 days per week onsite The HR Product team is hiring an experienced ServiceNow HR Product Specialist. This person will join an Agile team responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog to deliver on business vision and priorities. In this position you will be responsible for the design and delivery of digital capabilities to enhance employee experiences, promoting cross functional collaboration to drive innovation while working in an agile framework to deliver the highest value solution. Participates or facilitates sessions to design the automation of business processes, business rules and workflows that are scalable to allow for rapidly changing experiences and strategies. Recognizes the needs of business customers, identifies desired outcomes, gaps and potential fits, participates in release and product planning while managing delivery expectations. Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience Required Experience: Seven or more years of advanced technical expertise in HR strategic platforms (i.e. ServiceNow, Workday) and related infrastructure components. Preferred Qualifications: Comprehensive knowledge of HR business processes and the technology platforms used to support, including web and mobile capabilities Advanced experience in system configuration, including business rules, lifecycle events, workflows, automation, and analytics Proficient analysis and research skills, i.e., ability to support complex system features, incidents, and future product state with the purpose of maintaining and improving delivery of services Experience as an Agile team member, i.e., experience participating in design, sizing, configuration, testing, release, and deploy lifecycle, as well as supporting iterative configuration and engaging stakeholders as needed Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, ability to lead meetings re: technical/functional design, demo, and feedback sessions Ability to understand and translate business needs into stories and journeys Experience in designing/building and interpreting data in reports/dashboards and analytic tools Thorough understanding of analytics, with the ability to transform findings into recommendations that improve user experience, procedures, technical capabilities, and the delivery of operational efficiencies General knowledge, understanding, and experience with governance and compliance obligations (Data Security, HR Regulations, EEO, GDPR, Data Privacy, Information Security), etc. Advanced knowledge of technology desktop software and tools, industry trends and key enterprise software capabilities Preferred Certifications: CSA Certification ServiceNow HR Product Specialist provides input to product roadmaps for Digital HR strategic web and mobile platforms focused on the HR Module capabilities within ServiceNow. Responsible for workflow configuration, catalog and case configuration, form automation, mobile configuration, virtual assistant, enhancing knowledge and portal experiences, ongoing maintenance, deliverin new features with upgrades, and the creation of metrics to drive product maturity and adoption. Requires strong technical/functional expertise and an eagerness to design, troubleshoot, and continually assess and enhance our product solutions.
