We're looking for a dedicated service and repair operations coordinator to join our team in Minneapolis, MN! This role supports our service and repair departments through key administrative and scheduling tasks, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch customer service. Location: Minneapolis, MN Wage: $22 - $27 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am 4 pm Benefits of the service and repair operations coordinator: 401(k) with safe harbor contribution Union medical benefits with a generous contribution Sick time and paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Opportunities for advancement Duties of the service and repair operations coordinator: Manage safety tickets, follow-ups, and the technician's on-call schedule Track out-of-service vehicles and communicate with customers on work orders Coordinate open tickets and repair scheduling with superintendents Assist mechanics and managers with ticket management and safety documentation Process parts requests, review account performance, and support fleet management Ensure accurate time ticket reporting with the sales coordinator Requirements of the service and repair operations coordinator: Previous experience in a service, repair, or coordination role is preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency with office software and scheduling systems Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Additional Information: Apply today!
