Our healthcare client is looking for a Senior Marketing Project Manager in a long-term contract position. This role is: - 40 hours/week - Through mid-December 2025 - Candidate will need to reside in the Minneapolis area (west metro) and be available for occasional onsite team meetings. The ideal candidate: - 5+ years' experience as a Marketing Project Manager - 1+ years' experience working in the health insurance industry - Experience managing a high-volume of print and digital deliverables that have varying timelines - Strong powerpoint skills - PM software experience - they use Robohead, so experience with that software specifically would be preferred - Comfortable with ambiguity; able to quickly pivot priorities as timelines or requirements change Primary responsibilities as a Marketing Project Manager: - Set up project schedules in their PM software, Robohead - Manage workflow of Marketing projects from creative development through distribution, including obtaining stakeholder and regulatory approvals - Facilitate weekly status meetings, create status report and ensure action items are addressed - Release projects for production/distribution and track to ensure materials are in market on time - Report project status back to the team and key stakeholders - Help eliminate roadblocks, and identify potential solutions for projects that get off track - Facilitate "forward planning" meetings with business partners to identify upcoming work, prioritize current work, identify bottlenecks In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
