About this role:

This position in our In-House Agency ( wellocreative.com ) will develop creative strategies and visual solutions for integrated, cross-channel initiatives. This person will work closely with Account Directors, Art Directors, Writers, and Designers to deliver meaningful customer experiences across digital touchpoints. This position will sit at 600 South 4th Street in Minneapolis, MN and is required to be in the office 3 days a week. The Wells Fargo job profile is Senior Marketing Consultant .

In this role, you will:

• Develop creative concepts that drive storytelling opportunities for integrated marketing campaigns

• Translate concepts, ideas, and content into effective design executions

• Lead planning efforts and the ideation process leveraging research, customer, and brand insights

• Explore new interpretations to grow the visual identity of the brand

• Collaborate with peers throughout concept development, presentation, and execution

• Ensure creative strategies and visual solutions align with Brand and technology standards

• Drive creativity and innovative design solutions while maintaining technically sound execution

Finalists will be asked to provide a portfolio showcasing digital and direct marketing work samples.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working for an advertising, branding, or marketing agency

• Experience developing creative concepts that shape customer experiences

• Experience using a repository of reusable components, design principles and guidelines

• Experience developing digital and direct marketing campaigns

• Experience collaborating and influencing Account Directors, Art Directors, Writers and Designers

• Experience leveraging data to identify and deliver personalized customer offerings

• Experience presenting creative ideas and effectively influencing decision makers
