The Senior Analyst, Program Management for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for supporting New Product Development (NPD) and leading Current Business programs for the Immunoassay product line. In addition, this position will support the internal portfolio management tool, including updates, training, and rollout of new implementations.
This position is part of the Clinical Chemistry and Immunoassay (CCIA) Business Unit located in Chaska, Minnesota and will be ON-SITE. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the Immunoassay Program Management team and report to the Sr. Manager, Program Management responsible for managing a pipeline of NPD and sustaining work supporting the goals of the Immunoassay business. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Support Strategic new product development programs by managing cross-functional resources, maintaining on time delivery of key project deliverables to meet key program metrics.
Lead cross-functional teams to maintain quality and compliance of on market products.
Utilize Danaher Business System (DBS) tools to maximize efficiency to ensure delivery of urgent solutions for product line escalations.
Maintain and support project and portfolio management tool for all of CCIA business including: G athering requirements from internal stakeholders, resolving issues, developing and implementing enhancements, and training and supporting cross-functional partners.
Maintain continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives and utilize skills in leadership, communication, influence, cross-cultural awareness, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in field with preference for 5+ years of experience, OR Master’s degree in field with preference for 3+ years of experience.
Prefer 3+ years of related work experience in scientific or engineering discipline.
Solid motivational leadership skills and the ability to influence others without direct authority.
Prefer 1+ year hands on experience with Smartsheet application or advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Program Management experience and/or PMP certification
Experience in FDA regulated environment.
Smartsheet certification
